KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.

- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
- Track lead interactions and progress through the sales funnel using CRM software.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Initiate contact with potential leads through phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Develop and send personalized messages to engage prospects and set up meetings.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead generation strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
