Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
- Track lead interactions and progress through the sales funnel using CRM software.
- Initiate contact with potential leads through phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Develop and send personalized messages to engage prospects and set up meetings.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of lead-generation campaigns, including email marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
